Who am I?

My name is Madeleine aka WYTHEEN
from France and I am a Digital Editor.

So to be honest, I will directly say that I'm a self taught Photographer, Designer and Drawer.

- DIGITAL EDITING

I  studied digital edit (mostly for luxury advertisement) at GOBELINS in 2005-2007.
Basically I can edit colours, find the right image balance in a short moment of time. I can do collages, Retouch (beauty, remove or add elements like blending several photos together etc).
Needless to say that AI ruined it all ,,a little bit"!

- DRAWING

Drawing is a hobby and passion since I'm born. I can draw from pictures, do caricatures, small comics, realism, doodle art and other that I don't know the name.
I do use graphite pencils, soft pastels, alcohol markers, permanents markers and ballpens.
Both on paper or digital on Procreate.

- DESIGN

Back in 2001, I was going to College near London to learn the English language but instead of this, I went to tie IT center and bought a book about making websites for dummies and started doing my first ever website back then.
Of course, a website needs visuals and so on. so I started with Photoshop 7 in 2001 as well. Everything was in English from the book to softwares. I learnt the hard way on my own ;-)
So now, I can xdesign flyers, magazine covers, artistic collages and blending, posters etc... The Gallery will speak for itself. As it's hard to put down words on our own work. I only know how to use Photoshop because I don't have other licenced softwares.......

- PHOTOGRAPHY

My main hobby is to travel all around the world to catch the right moment!
I'm a self taught photographer since 2000 and it all started really in 2005 after getting my first ever DSLR!

Therefore, I can photograph landscapes, night events, portraits, nature, macro, weddings, modelling, animals, architecture, politics, and all kinds of in/outdoors photography. I also have my own way to build a PhotoStudio from my experience in Paris.

Needless to say that I love Concert photography and got to photograph hundreds of different bands and musicians through the years on assignments for websites and magazines. For a long time, I always was (and still am) captivated by music live events' photography potential. Catching the right moment, the right time is a goal that never fades away.

All the pictures are mostly black and white because I'm in love with this ancestral way of catching the world.
The atmosphere of monochrome photos gives a big mystery touch, a dramatic feeling, poetic daydream or preciousness of the captured moments.
Whatever it makes you feel is all up to you!
